Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour advance cancellation notice is required. Failure to provide this notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee, due prior to your next scheduled appointment. Missed appointments will forfeit all deposits.
Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and must be submitted within 48 hours of booking to secure the reservation. Acceptable payment methods include credit card on file, in-person payment, or phone payment via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice to avoid deposit forfeiture.
Late Arrival Policy: A $15 late fee will be applied for each 15-minute increment past the scheduled appointment time. Appointments will be canceled or rescheduled after a 30-minute delay, resulting in deposit forfeiture.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an appointment without notification will result in deposit forfeiture.
